About

Louise Griffin, Breeze Realty Network

Meet the Breeze Realty Team

Let’s get creative!

I love what I do. Real estate is my full-time job. I get to help people with one of the most important personal decisions of their lives, and that’s a true pleasure.

I have the experience, enthusiasm, and resources to focus on your needs. I give each client personal, one-on-one attention throughout the home search process.

I will guide you through the complexities of buying and/or selling a house, reducing the hassles and stress level for you and your family.

Louise did a great job and got our house sold when no other houses in our neighborhood were getting any offers.

I have a special knowledge about and interest in life inside the Beltline and in Downtown Raleigh because this is where I live and work. (Check out my All About Raleigh page.) But of course my expertise extends to the entire Triangle area. I have a strong network of professional colleagues that assist and collaborate with me to give the best possible service throughout the region.

EXPERIENCE

I have more than 15 years of client-focused sales experience, many years of personal real estate transaction experience around the country, and nearly five years of Raleigh/Durham/Triangle area real estate experience. I completed hundreds of hours of real estate education and continually further my education with seminars and training.

LEADERSHIP

In 2009, I was elected President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Raleigh Regional Chapter. The Women’s Council is a network of successful REALTORS® empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders.  I was also selected to participate in the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® first Leadership Academy.  Only 14 REALTORS® from throughout the Triangle were selected.

I bring my love of animals and my commitment to living a healthy lifestyle to my real estate career, encouraging clients to look for energy-efficient features in homes and creating a pet-safe environment.

WEST TO EAST

A native Californian, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Pepperdine University in Malibu. I have traveled extensively, speak semi-fluent Portuguese from time spent in Brazil, and moved to Raleigh in 2002, so I understand what it is like to relocate your family and pets. My two dogs and two cats love the Triangle area!
